A roasted malt hybrid wherein Weinhenstephan Lager yeast creates a somewhat warm, whole wheat bread feel. Nutty and soft, velvety and simple, medium dark Amber Lager with a malty/biscuit-sweet finish. Softer water. Belgian step-mash, Noble Hallertau and Tett hops. Free range carbonation for a frothy head. Very straightforward and uncluttered, letting the malts express themselves openly.
A smooth and easy drinking medium-dark amber beer with unexpected chocolate and soft biscuit flavors. Satisfying, rounded-mouth feel with a slight roasty finish. Some malted-milk sweetness, with caramel, toffee or almond nutty flavors. Low bitterness and lower alcohol. Nice creamy off-white head.
