Rum Barrel Aged Coconut Brown Lager
Medium brown lager with hints of toasted coconut in the aroma and flavor. Amber and brown malts sister well with the nutty aroma. Noble hops, Rocky-style head. Tank conditioned. Undemanding, mit yeast. German lager yeast. Aged on rum barrels for 3 months.
Break out the RUM..... barrels that is! Thurdays are even more special now because we kicked it up a notch by aging our Coconut Brown Lager on rum barrels. Dark shoe-leather brown and eff¬ervescent, reminiscent of coconut cream pie, but with hints of rum.
