Fermented Honey doesn't taste sweet--it creates a white wine-like fl¬avor and aroma with a slight bitterness. We used all San Luis Valley grain, and honey from Haefeli's Honey Farm next door. Light straw color, medium alcohol level, satisfying malt character for this Cologne, Germany style table/pub beer which is usually served in tall juice-style glasses called a "Strange".
