Zigeunerweisen or "White Gypsy" is a Weizen Bier mashed at 104 oF to 149 oF and fermented warm to bring forth the dance of clove and banana aromas/flavors in this 60% wheat beer. Old Bavarian yeast. Fruity esters, slight peppery notes and almost smoky banana flavors. Saaz hop finish.
