Geek Version:

Straight forward and clean, a toasty bread and biscuit, young, easy drinking Amber Lager.  Lager yeast, balanced hop bitterness with a dry finish. Single mash, tank carbonated. Honey added at the end of the boil.

Translation:

A full-flavored, low alcohol lager that has a medium amber color and rich malty compliment.  The hops let you know they exist but it still has a light toasty flavor.  A German Märzen style lager is a “smaller” beer, meaning that is has lower alcohol--around 4 - 4.5% ABV. It’s a good place to start and finish!
