Geek Version:

Straight forward and clean, a toasty, young, easy drinking Session Amber ale. California Ale yeast, slight hop bitterness with an off-dry finish. Single mash, tank carbonated. Honey from Haefeli’s Honey Farm added at the end of the boil.

Translation:

A full-flavored, low alcohol ale that has a medium shoe-leather brown color and light malty compliment. The hops let you know they exist but it still has a light toasty flavor. A Session style ale is a “smaller” beer, meaning that is has lower alcohol--around 4 - 4.5% ABV. It’s a good place to start and finish!
