Some complexity in the aroma of dark Munich and Chocolate malts; slight esters. High percentage of CMC dark Munich malt contributes to a caramel biscuit flavor with slightly perceived alcohol. Bittered with 14 pounds of deep-forest Rocky Mountain Aspen leaves which add a wild woodsy aroma and slight bitterness. The balance of the malt was CMC Pilsner with a little CMC Belgian Chocolate Malt!
