Earthy fullness; generous flavors, estery and spicy nose, with an off-dry finish. Burning leaves; cinnamon back flavor and slight Belgian/phenolic ancestry; earthy/fall forest. Infused with pumpkin, maple syrup, Colorado Beet Sugar that is inverted to a light amber candy syrup, and caramelized Haefeli honey. Flaked oats for a rounded flavor.
A satisfying fall "Saison", or seasonal ale, that is higher in alcohol, but easily consumed during warm autumn afternoons. This beer is to give the impression of a spicy, country ale that brings moments of walking on fallen leaves in the forest, or a whiff of burning jack-o-lantern.
